Bob and Hyper both you guys have excellent points. A program was developed a while back on the discovery channel depicting all the whole process of the lotto drawing I don't know if it was mega or powerball. But they went step by step from the actual selection of materials machines personnel and the whole gamut. Very informative. The big game and powerball is regulated by the gaming officials that a rigging of any kind would almost have to be mastermind by the people running the game the consequ... [ More ]

The real question is whether is actual draw is taking place at the time people see it. Some draws are televised live and all those minds are competing to pull their balls out of the hopper, as some balls are drawn wrong those minds begin to drop out of the battle and the remaining numbers are drawn as a consensus of those who still have a chance to win big remaining. On the other hand some draws are shown minutes or more later on video tape sent out to the stations to run during commercials,... [ More ]

Computer can delete the winner it self be4 the draw. Answer yes if its a computer generated game. If lottos rigged, time isn't the key. Answer timing is everything. If lottos rigged, Time is the key. Answer time might have something to do with it but probably not. It would however take time to come up with a clever way to fool everybody. It's more fair to often change its drawn time. Answer what does this have to do with anything.A computer can sort out tickets before the draw.

Time would not be a factor if it was rigged. The time a drawing starts is not the important time, it's the time they allow the balls to mix before drawing them (especially in multi-machine draws like pick 3 or timed-interval multi-number draws like PB).
