Goose: Lottery is something you do along side your life plan to accomplish your goals. Whether you win or lose lotto, it shouldn't be the focus of your life. Hmm I think more state ares using the balls.Mega Millions and Power Ball use the balls systemDidnt even know some systems pick numbers on via computer screen lol. Very Funny Indeed :) LolAnd yeppers my thoughts is for keeping the ball system forever. I like knowing the locals can actually watch the balls drop in person. Goose there not going to change the game if you predict a winner. If any thing you predict would win they all that would happen is someone would collect the money. If you are lucky and you government gives you a visa you could come over here and collect your check.As for the FBI and CIA they monitor all communication traffic of all types. Our country is at war and they will do whatever they have to too protect it and us.
