There you have it folk four days You know the roots Ohio on 2/26 came the 198 combo 9+1+8=18=9 the predicted 9,and it used one of possible winning roots(2,7,9) itself,in the winning combination.

Delaware confirms it when there is a chose of 4 root sum and of the 4 a difference of 5 is seen between two roots target that pair . In the case of Delaware On 2/23 533 came 5+3+3=11=2
