			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello all !I am new here, and still wet behind the ears. I have hopes of hitting the big one some day. Untill then I&#x27;ll continue to work for a living. It hasn&#x27;t failed me yet.I have already posted a reply in another thread.I do have a question that is related to that reply, dealing with small winnings. Small, to me being between $1   $300. Instead of driving several hours to redeem my ticket, is it safe to mail it in and have a check mailed back ? What is involved in doing that ?
