No way to avoid Federal tax. Even if you live in another country. If you live in another country that has a tax treaty with the US, that is your only chance -- but then you'd still have to deal with whatever taxes that other country has in store for you.

I don't like the so call Advertised Jackpot. In Canada,England when thay say 10 M it means 10 M.No taxes,nothing.And in here,when they say 230 M,how much you going to get? Only one third.Don't lure people by big number.Be more honest.....
