A lottery has to pay out on any amount won legitimately and claimed correctly. Even if it is $1.00 they will cut a check and send it to you.When you get your check from TX, come back and tell us about it

Ok seriously, thanks for your help. I finally got an email from the Texas Lottery Office saying it was ok to send it through the mail. I figured their had to be a way to do this, however I was wondering if they would even entertain $7.00 tickets. I took my auction down and sent it off. Thanks,Geo
