			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am only confused on one part of your basic 3/4 workout....When there is a difference of 3.............in 2 parts....like the 470....the 47 is a difference of 3 and the 0-7 is a difference of 3..............How do you handle that? Also......how about another one also...so I can get a fix on what to do on a double with 2 differences of 3.......how would you handle.......003?I would sure appreciate the help, dear one.</p>]]></description>
