			<description><![CDATA[<p>WINHunter has this system built into it (with the Author&#x27;s permission), and also allows the user to try tons of different configurations of the method and backtest those trials to see which settings performed best for a given amount of past history.Whew, that was a mouthful.In short, Yes/No.  Using WINHunter, you can test the method itself quickly against your entire lottery history. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It works to eliminate 10 to 12 numbers about half of the time if done correctly, now if only someone could find a way to eliminate all the numbers but five or six we&#x27;d be in the money.  Heck, if we could get all the winning numbers down to among 10 or 12 remaining one time in 30 we could play at a profit with good wheeling. BobP</p>]]></description>
