			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have never looked at this before, but I just counted the number of times each digit hit in the pick 3 draws around the country today.  I&#x27;m still waiting for Arizona, but here are the stats:0=8  1=13  2=4  3=15  4=10  5=11  6=18  7=10  8=7  9=18I don&#x27;t know what it means, or how to use it, but thought I would share it.</p>]]></description>
