			<description><![CDATA[<p>The lotto machines (all of them) in the state of Connecticut were shut down for the day due to a software up grade. ... This was ALL of the machines in the state....   this was the entire day...BUT, they STILL had an evening drawing, although NO ONE could play anything that day!One of the numbers I wanted to play, came out boxed.  I would have had to of put it in in advance in order to get a hit!Maybe it&#x27;s just me,  crying over spilled milk , BUT they should not of had a drawing if no one could... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/83266">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
