HI everyone. I agree with bobp about not playing the previous draw and have had good luck with at times. And even if one number does come in , what is wrong with getting 4 out of 5 , especially when you are using a wheel of sorts. That would gaurantee you multiple 4 out of 5 wins not to mention all the multiples of 3 out of 5. money is money.

I was wondering which kind of number is likely to repeat?! Is it from a hot number group or cold number group?! Is there a way to filter this out?! Are there any programs/studies available addressing this particular issue?! The filters I used is custom programmed to run under a Windows environment for the Florida 6/53 Lotto game... however, I can rewrite the code for the 6/49 Lotto played in other states.

I've tried filtering with sums, ranges, gaps, number positions, number of matches and etc. Each filter allowed 80-90% of the numbers or parameters, but only 20-25% of the combinations got by all the the filters and their percent of hits were no greater than for the whole group. If you've discovered a way to reduce the group size and increase its percent of hits compared to the whole group than you are on your way to a winner.Good luck to you.RJOh

It sounds like you are trying to reduce the odds by filtering. You might want to check and see how many of the past winning combinations would have passed those filters not individually but when all your filters are applied together. Almost every past winning combination I've checked contained some filterable factor that would have gotten it kicked out of the play group. One thing you can do is create filter profiles for certain types of drawings, such as when five or six of the winning numbers... [ More ]

If I were to play 10,000 combinations, the chance to hit the jackpot would be 1 in 298.99 ... I'm using all 53 possible numbers.
