			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been thinking about a method of identifying travelers ahead of time----those numbers that appear in one state, and then, for some reason, appear the next day in another state, sometimes in the same order, other times in a different order.Having said that, here is a method for your consideration.1. Tally up the number of appearances for each number in each position, using the previous day&#x27;s drawings (in this case, March 15th).
