			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been asked to do the numbers for South Carolina.  I&#x27;m not going to do all the numbers (150), but will show you how to pick a few yourself.  From the chart below, pick one number from column A and two numbers from column B or vice versa.  I like to look for what I call  neighbors , like 23 67 34, etc.  Remember that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09.
