I have been unable to find the VA materials that I used, but I&#x27;ll do my best.  Too bad Virginia doesn&#x27;t have a better Web site.  They give some information, but it&#x27;s way to fluffy - doesn&#x27;t provide enough hard facts.</p>]]></description>
