			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are programs that will check for randomness, but it requires a very very large database.  I think 1 trillion bits is needed to get a good check.  It is used in cryptography to check for true random numbers.  The only random numbers that are accepted by those  in the know  are those generated by the radio active decay of some isotope.  These programs are not suited, of course, for the small amount of data available with the lotto.
