You'll notice the few states running Hot Lotto are small population states. I just can't see Pennsylvania joining and if it did I won't play. Why should I? I'm better off playing powerball with a jackpot starting off at 10 million compared to Hot Lottos 1 million.Second place prize for Powerball is $100,00 compared to Hot Lottos pitiful $10,000.Even Pa Cash 5 is a better bet.
