I agree its a game for the small states. Pennsylvania will never join.As for the odds. The second place prize odds stink. Your better off putting a buck on your local states pick 5 game.Chas

I agree, I'd love to see Hot Lotto available in more places. It is a great way for a smaller state to offer a good odds lotto jackpot game.

I'm in Baltimore City so it' about 50 miles one way to the location i freguent. I could possible use a retail on US 32 south of Laurel MD about 22 milis one way. I only travel there when powerball jumps the 100 million $ mark.

Hot Lotto it's easy enough to play but having to match 5 balls and a Hot ball to boot is tough. Hence no jackpot winners in so many weeks. I bought 5 dollars worth of Q picks and didn't match one number. I might try trcking this game and next time play some sort of a wheel. I hope you have better success than i did.
