			<description><![CDATA[<p>RJOh, I generated the 1000 with a program I wrote in 1998. It&#x27;s definintely not random. This is the first I&#x27;ve done with it in six years. I think I can get over 50% winback. No there is no wheel type guarantee because this isn&#x27;t what one would normally call a wheel.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What strategy were you using to pick your 1000 lines?  If it was QPs your results shouldn&#x27;t be a surprise because many communities sell more than 1000 tickets every day and no one in any of those communities win a jackpot.  A 1000 lines strategy should have some guarantee of a win if the 5 numbers are in a selected group of numbers.  Playing 1000 lines randomly will only return what you can expect using the odds posted by the lottery.RJOh</p>]]></description>
