Bill is pending or in committee , probably meaning they haven't decided on the final language yet. Problem with it is it won't be targeted at the individual user, but the credit card companies who, according to the preliminary draft, would be illegally transferring funds outside the US in order that their customers can avoid paying federal taxes on any income and/or to enable their customers to engage in activities that would be classified as illegal if the activities themselves were cond... I disagree. PayPal offers less protection than using a credit card alone. It is not illegal to use your credit card to make a deposit as you say. Something that is not yet law (and may never be) has no bearing. My 2 cents.

QWEST46 -Strange - am having private discussion about with another LP member. Only negative post I've read about them was posted more than 3 years ago. Based in Costa Rica. But they've been in business for a while, and the lottery payout percentage appears to be 90.00%. BobP is right about protection, though - non-existent. Sorry BobP, did u say that it's legal or illegal. I didn't understand clearly. Don't know if u mistyped. (happens all the time). Also, you mentioned zero protection. What do you mean by that? Protection of claiming a winning ticket? I would also like to know if you have ever tried one of those lotteries. Thanks.

No pay to play online gambling is legal from the U.S. so you have zero protections if you choose to play anyway. The only way the game could be fair would be if they use the results from an actual U.S. Pick-3 game. If they use a computer draw it's totally bogus. BobP

Hello everyone. I'm a pick 3 player from Boston. (In Massachusetts we have a pick 4 lottery drawn once a day, but u can play three first digits or three last digits-, so it's the same as having two separate pick 3 drawings, midday and night, like what some other states have).
