			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve seen that term used in pick3 and pick4 posts to exclude combinations with doubles and triples, but unlike the phrases all odd or all even, it doesn&#x27;t have a clear universal meaning.  I&#x27;ve seen lots of words or phrases used that are defined differently by different people, so you really has to ask the question of the writer that used the word.  When Todd proposed a dictionary of lottery words, there were many definitions posted for words that I thought had simple definitions.
