However, on some things given the facts I just have to draw a line and say that's not possible. A popular notion is that we can converse with people from outer space. If we consider the distance to the nearest Star of a brilliance similar to our own Sun and with a planet at a similar distance from it as our Earth then we are talking of a time gap exceeding that from now to the time of the dinasoars to receive a... [ More ]

If it is true and can add value to someone's lottery playing, I hope posters will be willing to share it rather than incorporate it into a system or softwares package and licenses its use. Many wishy-washy ideas are p... [ More ]

OpenMinded,Excellent, glad to see you're starting things off here. I have the DVD of A Beautiful Mind, but I haven't unwrapped it yet. I think maybe I'll do so soon. One of the great things about the lottery is that there are so many perspectives. What you term wishy-washy , others take as gospel truth. The reason I say hint is because, when mentioning it once, I was shot down by one saying that the lottery was not a game of math, but of probability and randomness (or something along that line - as best that I can remember). I applaud Todd for bringing this topic... [ More ]
