			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s 3 times in a row for Vtrac 113.  I had the last one for $277, but didn&#x27;t play Vtrac this time!  I still don&#x27;t have a handle on how to use Vtracs to predict the next winner.  I don&#x27;t think anyone does!!  I have asked a few times and I have seen other people ask, usually with no answer at all given!! So, either there is no way to predict using Vtracs, or it works so well that nobody is willing to share</p>]]></description>
