Actually, last night in a few minutes afer the drawing the powerball site said there had been one winner, and that the jackpot would reset to 10 million. They did have an error in their statement saying that the winner had won Wednesday , but corrected that. So, Dr. EWWWWWWW-- when you can predict before an dvent happens, then you may qualify for your dr degree. Mistakes do happen in life! i think ND just assumes that because they don't have a jackpot winner it will roll over. i'm waiting for the day that they're wrong.
