Well it wasn't me, although the place where it was sold is only about 30 minutes from me.I did manage to hit for $4 which is pretty good considering I haven't won much on lottery tickets this year.

that's one downfall of picking your own numbers after endless analysis via excel... I pretty much know at draw time that my numbers didn't hit

Congrats to Pennsylvania on the big jackpot win. That is 4 jackpot winners is less than 2 years of existance in Powerball and from all those winning tickets it looks like they will continue this win streak for a long time.
