			<description><![CDATA[<p>from where I live, there are at least 9 lottery retailers within a 5 minute drive from my house. mostly convenience stores and grocery stores... within 20 minutes there are dozens...local unemployment is twice the P.A. state average... the area itself is considered economically  depressed ... wonder if there is any correlation?...</p>]]></description>
