			<description><![CDATA[<p>GuruThat&#x27;s very good, I had not thought about such wheels for LottoSync, ones with filters, but now that you mention it, I would also like a random number generator included in the wheel program, that would generate  random  (not so random) numbers with-in giving parameters according to given filter settings, also there should be options for numbers range (of course,) numbers included (what or which numbers you want the program to generate (plus lucky number or lucky numbers), numbers omited or... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/87016/205956">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
