Good for you. Yes, I have said before that no one system or method is perfect. We need to look at different ones and use them when they are working for our state.

Key #: 4 4310 (Row A) 0528 (Row B) 8967 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number. If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64). To reduce the total # of tickets, play only numbers that have the Key # in them. I'm sorry this is so late. I haven't looked at the evening draw, so I don't know what the number was but I wanted to post this to see if it is working.
