			<description><![CDATA[<p>Key #: ? 2794 (Row A) 4105 (Row B) 5863 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number.  If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64).  To reduce the total # of tickets, play only numbers that have the Key # in them. I don&#x27;t have an indication of a Key # this time.  If you really need one, then use the number 3, it is the most overdue digit, but I don&#x27;t base my Key # on that.</p>]]></description>
