7254 (Row A) 4910 (Row B) 0863 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number. If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64). Tip: Include in your picks neighbors (2 or more numbers in sequence). Neighbors have skipped 4 times in a row in Florida. Remember that 01 is a neighbor as well as 90.
