Michigan is a good state for instant scratchoff games. Every game has to pay back at least 70% to the players. Most states I have seen have lower than that!Brad

True, so true. In my opinion, your best bet is going to be the pick 5 games that rollover. To me you get more bang for your buck.

I can tell you the WORST of _any_ US lottery game is NY Lotto 6/59.Possibly the best overall return is the NY Take Five scratch ticket (including free plays for the regular Take Five numbers game).
