			<description><![CDATA[<p>basically it will need to be a loop, set from row 1 to the last row... I&#x27;m working on an automated way to auto-detect the last valid row...the loop will first compare A1 to B1, if true then it will set the property of cell color to blue, if false it will go to the next if... does A1=C1? then to the last... does B1=C1?...if all are false it will not do anything but move to the next row... if true it will color the background cells blue...
