I received a response from Mega-Millions stating that each states Lottery Commission are the only people who can say yea or nay for that state having the megaplier. Wouldn't it be better if we got the members of Lottery Post to write to their state commissions and to get all their friends and relatives who play Mega Millions to do likewise.
