			<description><![CDATA[<p>what you want is a personal property trust. THe IRS still gets your s.s.n. and as grantor you are still responsible for the taxes, but since it is not a publicly held document, the lottery commission doesn&#x27;t have a name to publish.... it&#x27;s something you really need professional help to execute cleanly...
