			<description><![CDATA[<p>Megabucks really needs to improve their prize structure and payoffs on the small prizes too. The  free ticket  prize has got to go. A bonus ball like tri-state megabucks to give more chances at winning a lower prize would be nice, as long as they do it without the cheap payoffs of tri-state. If they increase the number of balls or make it $2, cash option or not I am never buying a ticket for it.</p>]]></description>
