New 5 dollar scratcher in CA is ripoff!

The CA lottery just came out with a 5 dollar scratcher for the first time. Its top prize is 77,000. So I looked in the Lotto People magazine for the odds... and can you believe it's a 1 in 600,000 chance to win. That is just insulting. For every 3 million dollars spent they pay out (1) 77,000 top prize. And the next highest prize is 777 dollars. Normally the 3 dollar scratchers with 30,000 top prize are about 1 in 240,000.
