			<description><![CDATA[<p>The CA lottery just came out with a 5 dollar scratcher for the first time.  Its top prize is 77,000.  So I looked in the Lotto People magazine for the odds... and can you believe it&#x27;s a 1 in 600,000 chance to win.  That is just insulting.  For every 3 million dollars spent they pay out (1) 77,000 top prize.  And the next highest prize is 777 dollars.  Normally the 3 dollar scratchers with 30,000 top prize are about 1 in 240,000. Not to mention they have had 3 dollar scratchers for 77,000 and 100... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/88427">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
