You gotta spend money to make money! Yes I've spent...and I've won. I consider a lot that I've spent as investing in the system that I've been working on for several years. There is no such thing as luck ....you make your own luck . Past results definitely can give you an indication of what is going to come next if you know what facts to track.Nothing is 100% sure in life except death and taxes as one well known statesman said once upon a time.
