If the megaplier was allowed to go to 5, then Mega Millions would probably have to pay out second prize as a pari-mutual prize more often.

I don't think they read it fully,I think they need to get it to compete with powerball. I would like to have the lower prizes multiplied -up to the $175,000.00 prize.
