I won a number of Steve Player programs and have purchased about ten others from different sources through the years. I consider this a hobby, much like golf. Yeah, that person isn't using the If you know the 1 digit you can win stategy but probably using the If you know either of the 2 digits will hit, you will win if a double doesn't hit stategy (the 64 all different combinations with the key #'s from 2 digits, giving you a 3 in five chance of winning IF AN ALL DIFFERENT COMBO WERE TO HIT [1 in 5 chance of hitting overall]). lmao.

Pick 3 strategy: Keep track of which states dates the numbers appear. They do repeat themselves as far as dates sometimes states. Put the number's results on a calendar and surprise yourself into winning more consistently.
