			<description><![CDATA[<p>Avatars are either simple static images (.bmp, .jpeg ect) or animated images (.gif or .png). The top gif program is ULead Gif Animator. Just try to make a search for gif programs. You&#x27;ll also need a graphics program (or 3D program) to create the images for your animated gifs.</p>]]></description>
