They are after all audited..if you remember the famous case of the guy in Penn who fixed the balls so that only 4&#x27;s and 6&#x27;s would come up and then bet thousands on numbers with 4&#x27;s and 6&#x27;s. He and some friends ended up winning over a million but were caught later on. You can submit tickets something like 10 minutes before the cut off time. I tried signing up to a service but was declined due to the fact that I lived too close to a local track that was being used for betting purposes. Maybe they thought I could fix races!!I was able to play using ehorse.com and Neteller account and never had an issue on money transfers from winnings.wsls</p>]]></description>

A ten percent house edge is still a huge edge, like playing propositions in craps.  Some of these sites as pinnaclesports.com offer ridiculously low house edges in sporting dvents.  I just say that people need to play where they get paid the most.  And to me is a no brainer.  You can play many states and at those rates you could bet half what you usually do (25cents).</p>]]></description>

(not a crappy 70%)  They are a big book so no need to worry about them not paying.  I never have had a problem.  Why people play their state lotteries when they pay back 50% and not online is way beyond me.  A 90% payback game I can  see  as being beatable.  The only problem with this site is you cant bet the state lottery that you reside in.  But I dont see why that should matter.
