			<description><![CDATA[<p>Do you mean the top 10 numbers of all time or recently?  If you have Lotto Pro or some other similar software, you have an updated history of all the pick3 and pick4 lotteries in the U.S.  You should be able to combine the files for the period of time that you want to cover and do a search.  If you don&#x27;t have such software, most offer a few download with all the data for a free 15 days trial period.RJOh</p>]]></description>
