EW:The last time I talked to the PA Lottery they said they weren't interested in Hot Lotto. TX's regular lotto is in the Powerball format, although you DO NOT win by matching only the power ball.

i voted other because i think maine and vermont will join at the same time to truly make the tri-state lottery a tri-state lottery. if not those two states, then my guess would be PA. i talked with a district rep. a few months back, and she said that they were thinking about a game similar to powerball.

I received an e-mail from MUSL this week saying that another MUSL member is considering joining Hot Lotto.North Dakota begins selling tickets for HL June 24.
