Texas does not seem to be having any trouble manipulating the ping pong ball and the machines to get the numbers that they want to come out come out, as a matter of fact they are very good at it and have been doing it for every single draw for quite some time, if they can do it any other state lottery can also do it, so never mind computer programs, if they want to do it like Texas does, they will do it no matter what, so really the whole point is moot, sorry.
