			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just a little less than two months ago, the powerball (and not MM) was over 200 million.  How soon we forget.One of these jackpots will dventually go over 300 million; it&#x27;s a matter of time.  Generally one would expect about 2 out of every 5 jackpots to rollover with a $200 million+ jackpot.  This is a measure of how long the odds already are.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Everyone jumped all over Mega Millions when it got hit a few times in a row.  But I don&#x27;t see anyone complaining now!  I don&#x27;t think they have to do anything to Powerball.  The odds were heavily stacked against anyone winning this last draw, but someone still did.  You can&#x27;t stop luck.</p>]]></description>
