			<description><![CDATA[<p>I found a lottery web site containing the recent draws of Mega Millions and with their Sums, and most drawin sums.  However, the total amount of numbers in the winning draw, does not match the sum they show.  I was wondering, if the sum is different then the total of all the numbers included in the draw?  How do you determin the sum of a draw that you think is going to come out?
