I say screw the PowerPlay. Winning only three times in the last 8.5 months (well, an estimated 5.5 -7 months if you adjust for the times I've played Mega Millions instead of Powerball - I used to play only Powerball) isn't exactly convincing enough for me to spend the extra dollar. I'd rather just get two $1 Powerball tickets, which I do if the jackpot is at least $100 million and it's bigger than Mega Millions.

ryanm, I'm dphillips (Blue), and I played Powerball last September, winning $500.00 -- the highest amount I've won so far. Since I played the extra dollar and the ticket was originally $100.00 -- and the multiplier was 5 -- I was lucky. In fact, I always play Power Play with all of my numbers because if I don't hit all 6 numbers, I might stand a chance to increase my odds

Once I won $10 on a MM ticket (2 + 1). I also won $7 on a Powerball ticket (3 + 0); $3 on another PB (0 + 1); $4 on another PB (1 + 1).

Hey, I'm New. Um I play the MegaMillions and LottoSouth and I only match 2 numbers at best per ticket. Has anyone won...any amount in a Jackpot lottery or smaller game?MP
