			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was told by a friend that the drawings are done in advance for this game that has drawings every 4 minutes.  He said you can cash in your ticket before the game is finished playing as a proof that its pre drawn.  I in fact did that by cashing in a ticket that won $1 (got 2 out of 4) when the first ball had been drawn!  After talking with others, someone mentioned the drawings were done 2 weeks prior to the play date...if so, how come no one as cracked that system yet? THoughts</p>]]></description>
