			<description><![CDATA[<p>I voted yes for pick 3/4 only. I will admit however that when Maryland first did this I wasn&#x27;t real happy about it because it meant that if you were and avid evening 3/4 player, that your number just might come out in the midday drawing. So as a result if you had numbers you liked to play you had to get a bet down for both drawings which meant spending more money every day. I have been fortunate a few times when I hit midday drawings. Now I sort of like having 2 drawings per day.
