The Crunch and Wild wheel-read the post out of the pick 3 discussuion form. The programs don't appear to be working in all state lotteries.A hexidecimal system is a base 6 numbering system. Just like binary is a base two numbering system. Both have an associated math with them. Whether there is anything that can be gained by going to that kind of system, I have no idea. I've often thought that different plotting schemes, ie like polar coordinates or some other plotting system might be more usefu... [ More ]

Hypersoniq,The only reason the clerk looks at your strange is because you are trying to play 3386, and that would not really work in a PICK 3 lottery. Colin at least offered 999 (PICK 3) and 9999 (PICK 4). When you click on your Windows Calculator (even now!) and select under View Scientific you can still do all your calculation in Hex.The Crunch can be accessed at http://www.wheelworld.net/STORE.htm?Name=THECRUNCH3;and Ron's combination of Wild Wheel 3 and the Crunchat http://www.wheelworld.n... [ More ]

TNTEAI know what hex numbers are: Instead of counting by tens you count by sixteens. They are used in computer programming instead of or with decimal numbers, maybe mostly for byte addresses, I knew little and remember even less, if you think that they are hard to learn try learning binary code (Machine language), assembler language it's (WAS) best and basic second best. It's been a very long time since my Commodore 64 days, but I think that they use the numbers 1 to 9 or 0 to 9 and then the lett... [ More ]

The hexadecimal system is just another way of counting. The numbers themselves don't change. So I can't see why it matters how you do the math in predicting lottery numbers. The only problem: The human mind has trouble with other than base 10 systems, so it just looks more mystical and sophisticated. Hot air, I say.
