I like to think the games (big ones) are as random as humanly possible (note I didn't say totally random). When you jack the odds up high enough, you don't have the need to rig it... they win every draw, regardless if someone else does.I like to play 1 ticket alot, but I would rather pick my own line than rely on the state's QP to do it for me... they never do... Precisely. It's all luck. Also, in the Powerball, it's highly unlikely we'll ever see a $400 million jackpot because they limit rollovers to $25 million if the jackpot reaches a record high.

If they are rigged then why the crappy low jackpots in both powerball and megamillions? They would make a $400 million jackpot happen just to get the money from it. Instead both games haven't hit the $300 million mark in years and only looking less and less likely.I get more suspicious of state lotteries not having any footage of their drawings than of the large games. Its all about the money in lotteries - why rig a game for crummy sales

As far as who wins has nothing to do with location. It's more like who can afford to play and who picks winning numbers or who gets the right quick pick with the right numbers. I see your state only has one pick 3 drawing. And a couple high stakes drawings. Hotlotto and powerball are tough to win. You could buy 100,000 dollars worth of tickets and still not win. Camden,The reason more winners come from the suburban neighborhood(s) . Is that these areas have a higher population density and therefore more people seem to win. If you broke the numbers down you would see that just as many hit in both areas.
